Well summer is finally over and schools are back in session. So it is time to get back into routine. For the past four weeks, life has been extremely busy and chaotic. It has cost me 8 pounds. But it is time to get back on the horse and be determined again. Time to stop cheating and get back on track. Today was the first day on getting back on track. It is my goal to eat healthy and excercise three to four times a week. I got less than a month to go until my 6 month check-up and weigh-in. My original goal of 50 is my first priority, but a long shot of 65 is still possible. I will weigh my self twice a week, Mondays and thursday, and update the progress chart.
