mid-week update

In the last week I have not made it to gym the way a wanted to.  I could sit here and blame this and that, and no I haven’t had the easiest week, but none of that matters.  No excuses.  It all is on me.  I didn’t do the work.  Yesterday when I weighted myself I was still at the same weight as monday (which was 37 total pounds lost).  Yesterday I decided to take the dog on a morning walk and an evening walk.  And then I went to the gym and did 45 minutes elliptical and small leg workout.  It felt good to get back at the gym.  Today I spent sometime teaching tennis to some young ones.  It was a lot of fun.  Three pounds down this week, need to lose at least another 4.5 pounds.  It can be done.  I will do it.
